Mentoring
I mentor a small group of software developers who want to take deliberate control of their careers — improving their technical skills, architectural thinking, and professional growth.
How it works Link to heading
Mentoring is structured around your goals. Whether you want to move into architecture, improve your design skills, prepare for a senior role, or simply become a better engineer — we work together on a plan and meet regularly to track progress.
Sessions are one-on-one, focused, and practical. We discuss real problems from your work, review code and design decisions, and work through concepts that matter for your growth.
Happy Hour — free introductory session Link to heading
I run an open Happy Hour — a free 60-minute session where we can talk about your career, your current challenges, or anything software-related. No commitment, no sales pitch. Just a conversation.
Anyone can book a spot.

Who it’s for Link to heading
Mentoring is for developers with some professional experience who are ready to invest in their growth. You don’t need to be senior — you need to be intentional about where you’re heading.
If you’re not sure whether mentoring is right for you, book a Happy Hour and we’ll figure it out together.
